Can I return an item?
Yes. Most all products in this store are antique or vintage and will show natural age use. All attempts are made to describe product accurately with any obvious flaw issues. If any product is not as you expected, you can return for a refund. See our policy section.
What if it doesn't fit?
Vintage clothing and hats are listed with specific measurements. Therefore, we do not consider size a valid reason for a refund.
Do you combine shipments?
Absolutely! If products can be packaged together safely, we'll be happy to combine into one order box to save you shipping costs!
Is this a real business?
Yes. Anther Time was established in 1978 as a sole proprietor business. It has a continuous and excellent track record over the past 30 plus years!
Are there options to shipping methods?
Yes. I want you to spend the least amount possible on shipping costs! Tables are guides. Please contact me via email for any questions regarding shipping of a product(s).
What about customs for international buyers?
Custom fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not reflected in the shipping costs quoted. In addition, customs my cause delays in shipping time. Not all countries have the same restrictions and the buyer should be aware that the product wanted is allowed in his/her country.
Are shipments insured?
Generally no. It is an option for the buyer to chose insurance on a package. However, Another Time Antiques cannot be held responsible for lost packages if they are not insured.
