PURCHASES & SHIPPING
Shipments in the US are sent USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail (smaller weight products) with delivery confirmation. Insurance is usually optional and recommended. Another Time Antiques is not responsible for lost/damaged packages that are not insured.
If ordering more than one product, shipments will be combined to save costs.
We ship internationally. Buyers should contact me PRIOR to purchase for correct shipping costs and requirements to your respective country.
Because of customs handling and lack of insurance on First Class International mail, Another Time Antiques cannot be held responsible for packages shipped outside of the USA. Global Priority mail is insurable and preferred. Buyers should be familiar with their country's custom requirements and restrictions for imports. Any import fees or duty cost is not part of the payment to Another Time Antiques.
All packages delivered to NY state addresses are subject to New York State sales tax pending your tax jurisdiction.
RETURNS
No sale is "final" with me if you are not satisfied! If you feel that I have not represented an item correctly, you can return it for a refund. For those buying vintage clothing please be very clear about body measurement & size BEFORE purchasing.
If a return is necessary you must email me immediately upon receipt of item. The return package should be insured (for your protection) and must be shipped out within 3 days after return approval is given. A $2 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The full remaining balance of your payment will be refunded upon receipt of merchandise in good condition. Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility.
